There is a wonderful selection of Pubs in Waterbury, but The Reservoir is not included at the top of the list. They have increased their beer selection and it really is very good now. But the atmosphere, service and food is just ordinary. Nothing really wrong, just not great. An improvement in the food would be a big draw. More

A good choice for beer and pub food (fries and wings are great and beer menu is fantastic). Dinner was bland - especially the meatloaf. Maybe our taste buds were fried from the wings but the gravy just had no taste at all. We'd return - but probably just for a few beers and some appetizers. More
