Excellent Food and Service! Closed during the spring but is open during the summer! Even had a Fondue Apre Ski special from 4:30 to 5:30 that was excellent!

The food and service were excellent. Everything we had was fresh and delicious. We particularly enjoyed the kale salad, foie gras appetizer, and the doughnut and coffee dessert - something that sounded so mundane, but was extraordinary. Expensive but definitely worth it.
We went to celebrate our Engagement this monday, and it was great. Food was excelent and service was great. If we ever will go ski to Vermont, will definitelly come back.
We ate here with our 2 young children on the last night of our ski trip. Living in NYC we are used to sticker shock but this was ridiculous--$300+ for 2 adults and two children under the age of 7--without wine--we just had a couple of glasses each. Verde is located in the village. It's a very expensive restaurant (entrees are $35 - $45 each). We had the sea bass which was perfectly prepared with a really nice sear. One person in our party had the steak -- a huge piece of meat prepared perfectly. Another had the lamb and loved it. Portions are very large. Service was...

Visited this restaurant when they just opened for the season. It was quiet, which was nice. Food was tremendous and presentation was amazing. Ordered the mussles as an appetizer--I am not a big mussel fan, but my friend wanted to share them. This was the best mussel dish I have ever had. We were both drinking up the sauce with...

We were concerned when the long time chef moved to his own restaurant but his successor is as good, if not better. The wait staff has been together for years and...

Pricey but absolutely delicious - we were hesitant because of the price but decided to splurge for our last night at the mountain. And we weren't disappointed. We had the soup of the day, a cheddar ale, the arugula salad, the venison, the tuna tartare, and the 4 layer chocolate cake between the 2 of us. It was amazing -...
