This place is like a takeaway place in that all the food comes in throwaway cardboard and is sadly heated in the microwave (lots of tings going off in the kitchen!). The people that work there seem nice enough, kinda like snowboarding kids, and resigned to what this place is - no frills BBQ. Sadly the food is not really... More

My husband is a big southern BBQ fan. Big Fatty's food was not bad..it just was ot real BBQ. There was no taste of wood smoke on the Pulled pork. The coleslaw was a little bland. We were really hoping to have finally found a good place to have BBQ but no..our quest is still on. Big Fatty's might be... More

This was our third visit to Big Fatty's and we were not disappointed. The atmosphere is ultra-casual with checkered table cloths, worn wood floors, and a variety of humorous and somewhat risque placards on the wall. We come from out of town but they do a brisk take-out that would be great for a picnic in the park. We have... More

We stopped here on a whim, but had a great meal. A few locals there, so we thought it must be good. We had the catfish & hush puppies & a large size 8 oz. pulled pork sandwich (tender & moist) with a savoury sauce, along with the best coleslaw I`ve ever had (fresh & tangy). Keep up the great... Stopped by early on Sunday, before they were even officially open...the staff were great, came away with a full slab of ribs, pulled pork, sides of beans and cole slaw, several varieties of sauce, and most unexpected, a great cup of coffee. The sides were great, especially the beans, pulled pork made an awesome sandwich on fresh kaiser rolls, but... More

Let's start by saying I'm somewhat of a BBQ fanatic, and have my own smoker at home. In every city I visit, I go in search of the best Smoked BBQ in town, and this is how we found Big Fatty’s BBQ, first off the smoked smell attracted me and my wife from blocks away so we had to stop... More

If you are looking for BBQ, this place will fit the bill. I do not have anything bad to say as the food was decent but when comparing it to other BBQ places I have been to, this one would not be on top. The food was decent, but after going to a roadside stand that had the Car-B-Que in... More
