Pizza is not the most complicated food in the world but it is so easy to screw up! The key to good pizza:
- Fresh ingredients
- Tasty dough
- Proper cooking time
Nicolitalia does very well in all of the above. My friends and I had a mushroom and cheese pizza and a mixed meat pizza and both were...

Good stuff, thin crust. Salad is good, too. We go as a couple as well as taking the kids. Very informal pizzeria.
I actually went there last summer when they had a car show in the parking lot in from of Nicolitalia. We needed a break from the heat so we went in and ordered a pineapple and ham pizza. I really like the crust, it wasn't chewy, it was kind of crunchy and I liked it.
Remember the traditional pizzeria with checkered tablecloths, spaghetti with meatballs, pizza dough hand tossed, fresh salads, (root) beer, and of course excellent pizza. Well there is one in provo and it's been here for several years. These guys make their own dough. They have their own house dressing. They have the best buffalo wings I have had in Utah, nice...

Apparently I ordered the wrong thing here. My group ordered a pepperoni pizza and a Hawaiian pizza, and they were very average. Perhaps I will try something different next time I go.
Although this pizzeria is located about as far away from Italy as possible, this is true Italian pizza! The ingredients are all fresh and delicious and the service is none less than superb!! I would extremely reccomend stopping by if you are only in Provo for a night, you won't regret it!
I went to the new Draper location - I had bought a Groupon and sent my husband to pick up a pizza. I had little expectations and was just looking for a cheap meal. Wow, was I wrong. This is seriously good pizza. We got the Italian one with spinach and garlic (I can't remember the name of it -...

Drinks were also self serve. Best salad that we had on our 16 day trip. Great dressing the two pizzas that we had were very...

If this is the best pizza in Provo, this town needs to expand it's dining options. I'm not saying the pizza was bad, but it was basic and far from gourmet or special. Perhaps, like a lot of things in Utah, this pie is best served with a side of gold tablets.
