Visited this downtown location on two occasion and both visit were good. The pancakes were huge but not as good as it claims to be. Service was good, the meal was good but not memorable. For a good cup of Joe it a good place to be. More

I always order the eggs benedict, and usually they have great sausage and hash browns. Once in a while the HBs are a bit underdone or a bit oily. I don't care for their bacon at all. Service is good, but sometimes they are just so busy you have to wait for a table or food. More

In town for a wedding and staying with extended family at the nearby Waco Hilton, we wanted to get out of the hotel at least one morning...and wound up making it two. A friend suggested this place, which I've seen for years. It reminds me of the old Bertrand's or the Elite back when the Colias family ran it. Just a good place to be with friends and have good food. Nothing extravagant, just well done and consistent. More

This cafe has daily specials including soup of the day. Breakfast is served until 10AM. Pancakes are one of the best in town. For lunch, they have a variety of sandwiches, soups and salads. Speciality coffees are good. More

went here for a cup of joe and got surprising friendly service from every employee. The pancakes were awesome with real fresh fruit. The coffees and lattes come in man sized cups. The atmosphere is very well lighted but a little loud in the back room. More
