Not only do you have excellent and well-informed wait staff, but the menu is fun to read! Foodies will enjoy the adventure--and the specials are always a good value. The quality fresh ingredients are so refreshing. The pairing are always gourmet. They have fresh baked goods and espresso/coffee bar. I have eaten their eggs benedict breakfast several times and it was great but if you are there for lunch or dinner make sure to have their tomato soup- The. Best. Ever.

H & H is a combination grocery store, cooking school and restaurant. The ingredients found in all three places are amongst the best you will find in Houston. The beef is air dried for two weeks in visible cases, the butchers know their stuff. Their fish is fresh and varied, good for sushi.

I read the menu and even though it's in English I'm not too sure what I'm getting. I feel like I'm not smart enough to eat there. But I must say the apple tart is exquisite.

Everything, and I mean EVERYTHING at this place is amazing! The seasonal menu at this place is great and very creative. I've eaten here twice and both times the food and service have been excellent. It is so refreshing to go to a restaurant where the chef actually knows how to cook a "rare" steak properly.
