5 of us went a little before 5 pm so wasn't overly crowded. We were seated promptly but the wait for drinks and to give our order could have been quicker. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable of menu items. Food was delicious and portions perfect. Would eat here any time I am in Texarkana.

They don't scrape the grill and serve a very greasy steak which was also cold. The manager did not offer an apology but rather required an explanation of why I sent my cold steak back. The other Texas Roadhouse restaurants I have been to were great though. Would not recommend this particular location.

Their steaks are really great and usually cooked as ordered. Nice salads. Wonderful bread and butter!

This place ALWAYS has a line 30 minutes+. It is standard chain steakhouse fare. That is it. Can get the same food elsewhere for the same or a better price. So if you want a Friday night wait on Tuesday; THIS is the place. As far as for me, it is a little loud and a little too crowded.

Best place to go in town for a good steak, but the wait is always horrendous. I recommend call ahead seating whenever possible. Staff is always friendly, is a little pricey. We had a gift card, that's why we went.

We are steak lovers and this place has a chain style good steak at a good price.. The place is upbeat and extremely loud inside.. We went on a Thursday night and it was standing room only.

The food is very good, but the noise is deafening; young people enjoy it, but I like to be able to converse in a normal voice while we dine.
