My favorite meat is their smoked turkey breast. It is always moist, fresh, succulent and perfectly sliced. Their sauce has just enough of a peppery kick to take the turkey to the next level. Great BBQ! We wanted a taste of everything so tried the beef, pork loin, turkey, sausage, and ribs (chicken is available too!) - all were perfectly flavored, moist, tender and full of mesquite flavor.
