First of all, do not trust their website. It is outdated and wrong. I have enjoyed their buffet during the week and decided to take a friend on the weekend after their website states that the buffet is avaiable every day. It is available every day except the weekend. I had a rib plate that was $8.99, it had three... More

Didn't care for this buffet. Haven't tried the non-buffet orders. More

The portions were good-sized and the prices very reasonable. You can even choose cobbler as one of the side dishes. Meat was very moist and tasty. More

I'm seeing these reviews aren't current, and the address shows Highway 80. My wife and I have been coming to Fuschak's on I-35 for a year or so now. Well worth the drive from North San Antonio, much better than any of the so-called BBQ joints in SA. The "firecracker corn" is not to be missed. Again, I can't speak... More

The beef was good and the sauce was decent. The price was very reasonable. More

I have one word to sum this place up: disgusting. Only someone who has never had good BBQ could like this place. You would find better BBQ thrown out with the trash at the Salt Lick or Green Mesquite. Now that's good BBQ. My advice: for better food, that far surpasses this place in quality and taste, go to McDonalds.... More

No chopped beef plate, only a single sandwich with no sides. No ice in the drink machine and limited air conditioning. More

Back in the late 80's I lived in San Marcos. The first location of this restaurant was on Guadalupe Street. Then they opened a location in a log cabin type building across from Walmart. You could get 10 BBQ sandwiches for $6.95 and some of the best brisket you could sink your teeth into along with sauce, pico de gallo,... More

Well, after asking five locals where it is and getting five different answers, the venture was not worth the effort. I had eaten at the first one years ago, so didn't really remember what it was like. Upon arrival, I placed my order to go, a sliced beef loaded. IE: pickles/onions/sauce, etc. I discover the meat tender but extremely tasteless... More
