We pulled up to Roy T's this morning eager for coffee and breakfast tacos only to find the parking lot empty and a sign taped to the door stating they were closed for business. Just a heads up!

We stopped in for a latte and found some of the yummiest baked goods ever. The staff was super friendly and we had a really nice visit with other folks who stopped in for a bite to eat.

We enjoyed the Ruben sandwhich and the chedder potato cheese soup, Very pleasent place to eat, the atmosphere was charming, and smells inside made you hungry. The prices were average.

We love to have breakfast here. Roy, the owner, is a neat guy! This is one of the place where I will bring my out-of-town friends to visit.

We stopped at this "bakery" on a road trip and were terribly disappointed. The signs outside tempted us...bakery, donuts, etc. Once inside, we approached the glass-covered bakery case to find commercially packaged sweets on the shelves; the sort you'd purchase at a convenience store or from a vending machine. Not a fresh-baked donut or baked good in site. It was... More

I am very sorry we had no chance to communicate with this customer. A couple of things are factually incorrect about the review. We always have hand made product offerings. We make breakfast tacos, full plates and a variety of donuts and pastries are available on weekends. We also make espresso drinks by hand. The review does correctly note that... More

We were greeted by the owner and all selections explained. Prices very affordable. We highly recommend this restaurant, especially the sandwiches and pecan bars (the best!). Thanks for a great day with the family.

Roy T's is my favorite place to visit when I'm in Salado! The food is excellent, and the service couldn't be better! My favorite thing to eat is their pizza! It's homemade, and delicious! They make everyone feel welcome, and everyone leaves happy! I'd recommend it to anyone!

I only say surprise because we had no preconceived notions. The venue is small, but exactly what we wanted. We were treated to the best breakfast tacos that I can recall, tasty coffee, and best of all great service. The pastry chef was acting as the order taker and was amazing. My wife and two kids were showered with top-notch... More
