I live near this restaurant, so I am frequent diner. It serves great food and the servers are very polite. This review is of my most recent eating experience from 5/16/12. You must make reservations to eat here; however, it makes no difference because you end up waiting. One this particular date, my husband and I had reservations at 7:30.... More

How does a restaurant run out of food and not allow subsitutions? Well, this was one of my families experiences. How does a waiter complete service on half the table, allowing the rest of the table to wait for their entrees? How does the waiter allow the customer to serve their own coffee? More

Maggiano's offers a variety of Italian-American favorites -- things like lasagna, tortellini, chicken/eggplant parmesean, salads, etc. They do family-style servings, or you can order your own entree. Service is top-notch and professional. The atmosphere is formal but inviting. The food is generally good, but is not outstanding. The food is definitely over-priced compared to other Italian chain restaurants; Maggiano's is... More

We haven't been to this place in the five years we've lived here mainly because it was just another chain restaurant. Big mistake. Finding good Italian food in greater Dallas isn't easy. We've tried them all and have only found a couple that we frequent. After today's mid day meal we now have another keeper. We went to another new... More

I went with my wife and her family to Maggiano's for Easter Brunch. Maggiano's is large restaurant that actually has two levels inside. Since it was Easter, my sister-in-law pre-ordered the food which was great idea. We had the spinach dip and bruschetta for appetizers. The bruschetta good but the bread was too thick. We had two different salads which... More

Went to Maggiano's as part of a conference. The meal was served family style with 3-4 appetizers, 5-6 entrees and 3-4 desserts. Everything I tried was the best....and I tried everything. Would definitely come here again! More

Veal ravioli....don't miss it! The restaurant is always packed and very noisy, but if you can handle that, you'll have a terrific dinner! More

Maggiano's reminds me of some of the big Italian restaurants of the 70s & 80s in DFW that a decor with everything except canals & gondolas to convince you that you were having an Italian "experience" even though the food was generally forgettable. Don't get me wrong, their food isn't bad but most of the menu tastes like Chef Boyardee... More
