This place has friendly and warm staff that makes you feel at home and the food is very good too. margaritas are perfect; even better than Chuy's!
I'm local to Pico's... Just a few blocks away, so we've eaten there at least a dozen times. The food is consistent and always good. Pico's has traditional mex/mex and some tex/mex on the menu, but to be honest; we've never strayed off the mex/mex path. Dishes worth trying: ceviche, Nachos Jorge, and Quesadillas de Cangrejo o Salmón Ahumado (SO... More
We visit Pico's about every two weeks. Each time we try something different and have never been disappointed. The Blackened Snapper, Tres Garcias, Crawfish Enchiladas, various nachos, Cuban sandwich, on and on - all have been very good. Good margaritas too! They will be moving to a new location in about a month and we will follow them over there... More
I remember when Pico's first opened, the food and margaritas were great!! Service was below average and that has not changed, did not expect it any way. But this time was the last straw!! We had mixed fajitas, beef and chicken, the chicken was ok but the beef was not good at all. The beef was very tough and did... More
I have to say I've never had authentic Mexican food this good in the States. The red snapper Veracruz is the best I've ever had. Everyone in my party was happy with their order. The margaritas are the best I've had at a restaurant not located in Mexico. Pico's will be moving to Kirby Dr. in the coming months. I'm... More

If you are looking for something different (and delicious) you will find it here. The amazing fish dish “Huachinango Tikin Xik”, or the chili... More
This place has been here for a long time. Ate there last Saturday and was not impressed with anything except my anejo on the rocks margarita. Service so-so and prices continue to go up. Won't be going back-just too many better places to go in Houston.
By far is the worst restaurant I have eaten mexican food. The food is tasteless and greasy. Service is horrible. I asked the waiter for a straw and extra plate several times and never got one. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time. Oh one more thing for the price you can feed a group of four at... More
