This is one of the best in Dallas. Amazing food. Great atmosphere. Seafood is always fresh and the menu is frequently updated. My favorite is wagyu oxtail
Service was outstanding, without being pushy. Nice bar area to wait for your table at, with quick service. Drinks are good, decent pours and some inventive ones to boot. Meal. We started with bone marrow which was beyond exceptional and one of my favorite things in the world. Continued with the meat tray, 6 cold cuts combos all very tasty.... More
Perfect lighting gives a warm, cozy feel to the restaurant. Two of our group had the filets which were perfectly cooked and well seasoned. The corn side was excellent. However, my sister and I ordered the sea bass with "zip peas" and fried okra. The fish did not taste like any other sea bass I've ever had. It had very... More
Steaks cooked to perfection...wagyu beef served in generous portions. The mac and cheese prepared creatively. The baby wedge salad was topped with bacon and crumbled blu cheese. The fried okra was crispy and lacked a greasy feel. The sides are enough for 2 or 3. Try the fries. Desserts were huge and delicious. Service was attentive and professional.

We started with the Smoked Salmon pimento with homemade lavash bread ($13). It was really tasty, not too salty, and you could really taste the salmon. The portion was not huge but enough for two... This is my current favorite Dallas restaurant. The service is warm and unobtrusive. The fish and meat dishes change with the seasons and are first rate. The prices are reasonable. We have been may times and plan to go back often.
We'd heard that Hibiscus was a great place and it's confirmed. The staff and service was top notch, everyone was friendly, professional, smiling... we lacked for nothing. The food, WOW... we tried the crispy lamb rib appitizer, something honestly I would not have ordered had the server not suggested it and those were some of the most delicious things I... More
HI, I discovered Hibiscus about 6 yrs ago, while temporarily located in Dallas. Hibiscus is a local Knox-Henderson eatery, very casual but don't be fooled this is not an average place. Only top notch local food served with great innovation and sparkling flavors, that dance on your tongue. I love it! CynthiaHackney
A couple of friends and I came here after a slightly botched reservation which was not made at another restaurant nearby. We are glad it turned out this way because the meal we had was fantastic. We split the bone marrow appetizer which was fairly good. I had the scallops which were fantastic. One friend had the filet and the... More
