The Palm offers a great lunch special's menu. Three course meal for $25.00 and the food is good. The dessert options on the special menu is either a flourless chocolate cake or a cheesecake, I had the chance to eat them both. They both are good, however the cheesecake was my favorite. Only disappointment is they don't have French fries,... More

We are always treated like royalty when we go in there. The Manager makes an effort to know your name and the staff really know what they are doing. The most delicious bread I have ever had in my life, is only available at the Palm Restaurants. It is like a dark rye, pumpernickel bread with raisins.....OMG, to die for.... More

I've been to The Palm a couple times. One time for Dallas's restaurant week & another time when we celebrated closing on our house. Both times were exceptional service & food. I always think that if a restaurant treats you great during Restaurant Week you can really tell they are a great establishment. If you are looking a for a... More

I have had lunch many times at the Palm in the West End of Dallas. The valets (complementary at lunch) always act like they were just waiting for YOU. You can't beat the Business Lunch: soup or salad, entree, side and dessert for about $25. I highly recommend it for a "special" lunch.

I visited here with a large group for a business dinner. The food was good, but I have has better at this price point. I had the steak and lobster combo and the lobster was good, but the steak did not have much flavor. It seemed to lack seasoning. We had a large room since we had 40+ people in... More

The atmosphere is way out of date, but nobody seems to mind. It's not sophisticated, just down homey - but the steaks are good, the drinks come quickly, and the service is impeccable. We had a large group for a business meeting, and they handled individual checks with ease. This is a Dallas destination - and while it's not one... More

The reason we selected The Palm for our anniversary dinner might surprise you. It was one of the only "nice" restaurants open in downtown Dallas on a Sunday. We wanted to enjoy the downtown area on a Sunday, including an event at the Majestic Theater early evening. As it turns out, The Palm was one of very few "nice" restaurants... More

If you are looking for the quintessential steak house experience in downtown Dallas you can not go wrong here. It had your typical low lights, dark atmosphere. A good selection of prime beef cuts to choose from anda large well made classic Martini. What else do you want ? Prices are typical high end steak house but occasionally they run... More

Was there for lunch--for a place that is famous for their lobster, their lobster salad was awful. The lobster tasted (and had the texture) as if it had been cooked, frozen and thawed. The service was great but I was not impressed by the food, especially for the price.

I have eaten here many times. Great steaks and seafood. Normally the service is fantastic, however one time we used a coupon the waiter immediately changed his tone and became almost rude. However, that was an exception to the norm
