it's owned by the former Houston's (since re-named Hill-something) to test new items. Just go to Hill-something (a block away), get a drink and wait an hour plus for a table there. It's worth the $. More

When you've got to wait that long for a table you should get more than an OK meal. It's pricey, waiters push the alcohol sales too hard & they rush you out so they can turn tables. More
