Smoke is not your average BBQ joint. The chef definitely creates some lovely dishes for lunch and dinner. I would advise steering away form the more "traditional" BBQ dishes like brisket, ribs, etc. and try something else on the menu. The brisket is not terribly tender or flavorful.
