We love Rise, it's a fresh concept. They actually have a good array of artisanal cheeses as well. We have tried several soufflés, including dessert and its all wonderful!

Rise No. 1 is one-of-a-kind. It's a soufflé restaurant that sells handmade merchandise such as linens, soap dispensers, glassware, and other trinkets.
The soufflés are outstanding: light, flavorful, and varied with choices such as cauliflower and brie, crab, escargot, and truffle infused mushroom. The marshmallow soup starter is a must-have. Be sure to leave room for the dessert soufflés. On...

Enjoyed a very pleasant evening dining at Rise. Inside is a little cramped but the service, atmosphere and food was excellent. The marshmallow soup is a must. Soufflés were quit good.
We had so much fun at rise no. 1 for a birthday dinner for my husband. We ordered sweet and savory soufflés and they were all delicious. Don't skip the marshmallow soup either. Our server was excellent and she really made our birthday meal special. The mushroom soufflé and chocolate soufflé are the best.
The atmosphere and the primary servers at this restaurant are absolutely top notch. Although it is located in a strip-type shopping center, you really don't notice that while you are visiting, even if you choose to dine in the outdoor area.
I didn't spend much time on the inside area of the restaurant, but it looked super cute. There is...

The atmosphere of this very unique country-french type restaurant is cozy with twinkle lights on the trees in the center, antiques and special kitchen items for sale. We began with the marshmallow soup which actually had goat cheese that looked like marshmallows on the top! Also had one of the best salads I have had in a long time-the rise...

This is a wonderful restaurant. From the moment you arrive, you will see that it is different. It feels sort of like a little hidden French treasure with eclectic, comfortable chairs and tables. Antiques and French-type items line the walls and are for sale. But then it also has sort of a more modern bar area, so it feels up...

Was a great place to meet with some old buddies and catch up when I was in dallas. Great food!!!! Hope to get back to dallas soon, so I can stop back by.
We are souffle fans, so this was a natural destination for us. Started with the Marshmallow Soup, which was a nice surprised especially with 'cheese' marshmallows. Also had the onion soup which was good but a bit bread heavy. Moved on the the souffles with Jambon Gruyere, which had good flavor but a little brown on the bottom. Tried the...

My husband & I were celebrating our 16th wedding anniversary in Dallas and had to go to rise. We went on a sunday and had delicious pomegranate mimosas. Of course ate the marshmallow soup & chocolate souffle. If you haven't eaten here it is a must!
