If you want mouth-watering ribs, Carl's Perfect Pig is your place. Tasty sauce makes them just right. Sides are average but make sure you try their corn cakes. They are better than the ones served at Paula Dean's restaurant in Savannah. Prices are very reasonable and I always go home with leftovers for lunch the next day.

Local love it. Small town atmosphere and pretty good food. Made it on one of the National Television Cooking Shows when the chef made his rounds through Nashville area. Must have tasted something I didn't get...

We're from Memphis so we didn't try the BBQ (it was probably good also, but we have some of the world's best BBQ at home).
But the fried catfish was excellent and the vegetables were all very good. Inexpensive, friendly, good service; all in all excellent.
