If you are up for taking a hike out to middle Tennessee's hinterlands ... and you love Cajan food ... this is an adventure well worth the effort.
Since I haven't been to the newer location in Franklin, TN, I can only address my experience with this location, which was the original one.

I always find that fault-finders with this restaurant are expecting/used to white linen tablecloths and/or "formal" dining. Hahahahahahah!
You won't get that here!
At Papa Boudreaux's, you get excellent Cajun/Creole food, in large portions (ask for a to-go box, and you'll get an extra meal for free), for a reasonable price. What you don't get is a lot of "formality"....
