Please be aware that the Kilwins in Pigeon Forge has been closed for two years according to the employees of the remaining Kilwin's in Gatlnburg. Don't go looking for it in Walden's Landing in Pigeon Forge...you won't find it. Look for them on the main parkway in Gatlinburg near the Mountain Mall.

i go to kilwins in blowing rock nc every time im there so i decided to try this one and it was not good,did not even taste like the same ice cream,should of went to wendys for a frosty

Found a great place to eat.Will be back on my next visit for sure.Everything we had tasted delicious.The server was friendly and very attentive,really was sceptical at first but deffinatly worth your money.

Although there are several places along the strip you can go this place seems to offer more of a variety. The service was really good and they were very helpful and friendly.

The smell of this place was enticing! They had some neat pastries but the ice cream wasn't near as good. I saw it was ranked number one for ice cream for the area but it wasn't the best I had. It was still pretty good.

Loved the ice cream. Great value in a 2 scoop with homemade waffle bowl. Free fudge tasting. Excellent variety of candy options too.

Great selection of items although prices were a little high. But that can be expected with the location.
