We were staying at the Radisson, so figured we would walk across the street and see the live catfish pond and sample some more southern food. And while the staff were friendly and helpful, the food was just average. We had the frog legs for an appetizer and they were okay, but a little small compared to when I've had... More

This is a nice, local restaurant that has some great food. The prices are reasonable, the portions are generous and the staff are very friendly. I've eaten here several times and each meal has been great. More

We came here because there was too long of a wait at Cracker Barrel (our hotel was right across the street)...we were pleasantly surprised! Great food, and the live music was a bonus. Very fun! I'd def suggest coming here. More

I was staying at the nearby Gaylord Opryland and wanted to grab a casual dinner with some co-workers. Our server recommended the fried alligator appetizer; their version was less chewy than other alligator I have tried. Catfish was very good, ribs were good, but the fried shrimp were disappointing - small "popcorn" sized shrimp with minimal seasoning. Service was prompt... More

Looking for a good healthy meal. This was it. Had the roasted chicken w/Baked potato and steamed veggies. The chicken had a great flavor and was fall off the bone tender. Steamed veggies were nicely seasoned. Their fried green tomatoes were the best and reminded me of the ones my mom used to make. Service was outstanding, quick and friendly.... More

There is a catfish pond on one end of the restaurant up against a wall of mirrors to extend its size. A bit corny perhaps but ultimately resulted in a unique experience. We ordered the chopped steak (a behemoth 14!! ounces) which tasted quite good with a pleasant charbroiled flavor. We also got the pulled pork, a much smaller portion... More

My husband and I stopped here before checking into our hotel to grab a drink and some food. We sat at the bar and the bartender was very friendly. He recommended the gator tail as an appetizer and I was very skeptical but it was actually pretty good! The 'Caney-Rita' was very salty so he made me another margarita and... More

Corn fritters were delicious, onion rings and fried pickles were just OK. Service could have been better. More
