As a seasoned traveler and discriminating foodie who writes reviews only when expectations are exceeded, I am compelled to write this review. F. Scott's is an amazing restaurant: it is a memorable dining experience with live jazz music adding pleasant undertones. The ambience is perfect for me, upscale but not stuffy. The cocktails were creative and enjoyed as we relaxed... More

Great music, amazing drinks and excellent vegetarian choice prepared by the Chef! We sat in the bar. We had excellent service. The drinks were made with top notch ingredients. The food was absolutely excellent. More

We came with friends who recommended and it exceeded their rave review. Innovative menu. Only downside is the outrageous prices on thw wine list. The list is extensive, but seemed to be priced at 300% of retail. More

The music and the food here (music EVERY night--usually jazz) are always creative and expertly prepared! Tonight was no exception; we felt like having 'soul food' and ordered truffled deviled eggs with manchego cheese and bacon! Amazing! For a complementary light dessert we had coconut sorbet; equally superb. More

Our party of 6 was treated very well all evening, with attentive, but not hovering service. We loved the spinach salad with poached apples and spiced walnuts, but $5.50 is pretty steep for one fried ball of goat cheese (no matter how delicious). The duck confit appetizer, as well as the lamb bacon sliders were delicious. Several of us had... More

Great music and food. I've eaten here three times, each time I've enjoyed the meal. Eclectic American. It is not the best in Nashville, but it is a solid choice. More

Had dinner with important potential client. Food was outstanding and service was superb. Our waiter was very attentive. I highly recommend this restaurant for a business dinner. The sounds was perfect to discuss business and tables were spaced perfectly so that our neighboring table could not hear our conversation. More

This is a truly great restaurant. The decor is sumptuous, service is truly great and the food- well- the food is as good as it gets. Impressive wine list will challenge your imagination. Jazz music is a free plus every night. More

Four of us made a reservation here to celebrate a birthday of our friend. The waiter was quite rude, frankly. It is hard to tell whether he reflected poor management or a culture that does not treat guests as "guests. We are all mature adults who treated the waiter respectfully and eat out regularly. After telling us about the chef's... More
