Ok, crazy flavors that are crazy good. The salted carmel was fabulous. The dark chocolate even better. There were so many wonderful choices. The staff are super helpful and ready with their little tasting spoons.

Look no further for great ice cream with your tried and true chocolate and vanilla, then add unusual favors like salted caramel, bramble berry crisp, and buttermint. Waffle cones are made on site and are sugary and crisp. Not the cheapest place to get ice cream, but it's worth the cost!
So I'm lactose intolerant... and yet I've been to Jeni's several times. Of course their main attraction is the ice cream and apparently that's pretty awesome. For me, though, I had for the milk-free, fruity goodness. Everything I've tried has been packed with flavor and usually a pretty interesting combination.
This all coming from someone who doesn't really "like" ice cream. I found myself actually wanting seconds. We tried Salted Caramel, their flagship flavor for a reason, it goes with everything. Brambleberry, Queen City Chocolate, and Ugandian Vanilla. Impressed by all but the Vanilla, figures. Worth a try!
Wow...very unique flavors that work! Great staff that will let you try as many samples as you like! It's not the cheapest option in Nashville so if that's what you're looking for I suggest going to McDonalds...if fresh, unique flavors are what you're looking for then you must go to Jeni's!!
Jeni's is distributed at Whole Foods in Louisville, and during my last pregnancy, I was hooked on the Salted Caramel flavor. I was in love. When I had to run an errand to Nashville last weekend, I made a trip over to East Nashville to Jeni's. We were able to sample flavors like most ice cream shops, but the flavors...

We visited late on a cool evening (not ice cream weather) and the line was out the door. That alone should tell you Jeni's is number 1 in Nashville. I can't imagine the line a warm night. Decent parking. We went for dessert after Hattie B's Hot Chicken (also a must eat). The unusual fun flavors were worth the wait....

This ice cream shop is very cute and the staff is very friendly. The ice cream was tasty. I chose Double toasted coconut and rocky road in a waffle cone. All was good, just not over the top great like most reviews said.
Our family told us they couldn't wait for our dinner outing to end so they could take us out for dessert. This place has so many exotic, unusual flavors. The employees treat you like you're at a nice restaurant or something. They certainly don't present themselves like the typical ice cream shop minimum wage worker. They explain any and every...

This ice cream parlor is as good as the reviews say. The store is charming, with clean booths and tables and two long church pews for seats. the freezer shows a variety of eclectic flavors including cayenne, lavender, absinthe, wildberry, olive oil. The servers are very generous with their time and explanations, and with letting patrons try samples before purchasing....
