have a very good hamburger...made to order...rather pricey at about $12 for burger and fries, but probably most reasonable place inside hotel..

We ate at Stax this past week-end. Burgers are good. You gey two patties any anthing ya want on it. Fries were very fresh and hot. Only complaint the coke machine was out of ice. Some what pricey! Got to watch water fountain show from our seats! Lots of fun!
If you are at the Gaylord Opryland hotel at a convention this is probably your best bet for a quick lunch. Read some of the reviews and they were mixed between great and awful. I had the double burger with sauteed onions, lettuce and tomato with fries. Very good, fresh, hot, great flavor, and nice size portion.
