Four of us shared a meal here 19 Jan 2013 and agreed it was one of the best in the last 12 months. Friendly welcome on arrival. Accomodated our wish to be seated in a quieter part of the smallish restaurant so we could converse. Menu items were clearly explained. We shared the savoy cabbage salad starter - copious and... Had a meal for six here a couple of weeks ago and am really glad to have tried Buzo out. All the dishes were interesting and really tasty. For entrees smoked salmon was fantastic and never would have suspected that a cabbage salad could be so damn good. For mains the risotto, and the porcini and truffle lasagna, were both... More

We dropped into Buzo as the Wine Library was full. Atmosphere was great, with an interesting menu and very friendly, genuine waiting staff. The chef kindly produced a recipe for us which is not always a given! I would recommend to anyone looking for a different italian cuisine experience

I loved the innovation, reinterpretation and "deconstruction" of italian classics. The first two courses were practically faultless (albeit a bit over-salted). However, my final course contained stips of wagyu that were a real effort to cut and chew. Tasty it was but enjoyable??? .... not so much. Maybe because it was a Monday night, the B team were operating the... More

A charming little restaurant with a good menu and superb wine list, particularly pinot's. Not too expensive, and excellent service. Weekend bookings would be recommended. the savoy cabbage entre is a must.

I booked well in advance for a group of ten to have dinner after the Rugby. The evening couldn't have gone better. We arrived early but were made to feel very welcome. The table was downstairs so not noisy, the service, food & general attitude were excellent.

I love love love coming to Buzo. You have old favourites on the menu and there are always new things to try, every course is always amazing. Service from the wonderful front of house staff is perfection, and the space oozes ambience. And as unalluring as it may sound, give the cabbage salad a try - you will not be... More

Three of us. A cabbage sald to die for. Wonderful soft cheese in parchment. One Pork Lion, one Lam rump, and one Snapper. All absolutely superb. Chocolate puddings for desert. Oh my, did we really eat that much? Excellent waiting staff. Some truly beautiful wines. It's very hard to think what else you could ask for in a restaurant. Huge... More

We had a quick meal because we were off to the theatre. We had no booking but the service was great, food delicious, and the staff ensured we were in plenty of time to get to our show on time.
