“I walked past on my first night - yum!”

The Bai Tong was on my list to consider, but looked very basic and uninviting on my first night in Sydney. I could not find the Happy Chef at 266 King Street. “Best little Thai place in the Sydney suburbs”

I agree with the other reviewer - this restaurant is nothing to look at but the food is superb. The owner/chef is a delightful lady who takes total pride in her authentic Thai offerings. If you are a foodie then this is a place to go. Don't let the under $10 prices or cheap decor put you off. The Thai beef salad is to die for. More
