Great food and great location. They make the best soup on the island and eveything I have had there is good. Been 6 times. More

A great rustic, unpretentious restaurant serving superb sea food. Well worth waiting for it to be well prepared. More

Cloggy's is a beach restaurant just outside The town of Black River. No fancy setting, no table cloth and expensive cuttlery. Just a wooden hut on the beach with eight easy steps leading to a gazebo type platform with five or six tables (one made of aluminum and glass - the others of nailed boards and planks). Next to it... In Jamaica, it takes what seems like a ridiculously long time to get a meal to us Americans. We waited for quite a while for our lobster before joking that they must be catching the lobster. Sure enough, a few minutes later a boat pulled up and a man delivered a sack full of live lobster!! Yup! All worth the... More

A comfortable bar and restaurant right along the beach isolated from the town and other developments. We ate here after an afternoon at YS Falls and watched the sun set as we finished our the delicious meal. As you go through Black River best to ask a local for directions. More

We stopped off here when we took a tour by Captain Joseph to the Black River, arranged by Jake's. Cloggy's is a great local place right on the beach where they prepare fish/lobster fresh out of the sea - the chef will open his icebox where you can select your fish from the morning's catch. Really tasty and delicious, proper... More

The waitress behind the bar on January 21st in the afternoon was not accommodating at all. The attitude and behavior of same person should be reviewed from the owner as this might keep people away from his place More

Our visit to this charming ocean side restaurant was extremely pleasant. The lay out is cozy and relaxing. The staffs were friendly and helpful. The steamed fish was excellent. Karaoke on Sunday evening was so much fun. Strongly recommended More

The waitress and the cashier were not helpful, and left me more confused. Make sure you know what you are ordering and how much they are going to charge you upfront. More
