Nice decor and atmosphere; interesting lunches with huge portions; very persuasive staff; I also eat more than I intended and I'm glad I did
When going out for a meal, we usually go to shrewsbury. Number 21 is a fantastic restaurant much closer to home which, we discovered last month. We've been twice for lunch, both times excellent. We'll definitely be coming back for more
We had a lovely evening meal, good choice of menu and value we thought was really good. The services was great very welcom and one of the highlights. Would recommend to anyone thats looking for a small intimate feel and very different from chain style pubs and resturants. My husband particulary enjoyed the novel presentation of the whitebait!
A small but very pleasant restaurant. Menu choice is good. Lots of local produce used. Staff attentive and friendly. Reasonable prices.
Superb food. The best homemade beef carpaccio I've ever tasted. All our food was lovely and presented in a lovely and unusual way. We will definitely be back next year.
really nice attractive restaurant run by talented young couple. The food was great and the front of house also faultless.Very friendly and relaxed Great menu choice and a lot of locally sourced food.
We were lucky enough to find 21 open , and would eat here regularly if we lived nearer. Excellent service, attention to detail , and value- superb food, plenty of it , well priced. Visit this restaurant if you live near, and keep it going !

The freshly baked bread was delicious and our starters... More

I really enjoyed a spicy Lamb Kofta, followed by Slow Roasted Belly Pork in a port sauce with mustard mash, swiss chard and peas and to end Blackberry tart with Blackberry sorbet. Delicious! He had Whitebait (tiny served in a sardine tin!)... More
