wonderful place, food good but the older women staff were unpleasant, unhelpful and on more than one occasion rude because my mother was in a wheelchair and took up more room than she liked. Another occasion we were 10 visitors all spending on average £20 each - she humiliated us in front of other customers by demanding that we ask... More

I always enjoy a visit to The Cornstore-the staff are friendly, even when busy and the choice and quality of the home made cakes and cheesecakes exceptional. The salads are also good and generously portioned. It's a lovely little spot overlooking Pembroke Castle and has a great furniture and gift shop upstairs too-a real favourite of mine in my home... This is a nice little cafe just near Pembrokes Mill Pond near the Castle. There is a simple cafe menu with good food as well as specials. We had a delicious Mackerel Pate and a Panini. WE didn't get to try them but the cake selection looked amazing. A nice shop as well this is possibly one of the best... More

Just a visit for morning coffee, which we were obliged to accompany with some wonderful cakes from an ooey-gooey selection. Both coffee and cakes were extremely good quality, brought out to the quayside terrace overlooking Pembroke Castle in glorious autumn sunshine. Very good value for money too More

This is a lovely place to eat. There are cakes galore and not just your run of the mill cakes either. The Cornstore has the perfect combination prompt friendly service, rustic food and divine homemade cakes. Look out for the soups which are freshly made, as is everything in The Cornstore and its ALL good. This busy little cafe is... More

This is the best place to go for a quality cup of coffee and some cake. Always good quality food and would recommend that you try the food from the specials board. There are not many palces to go locally and I would certainly recommend the Cornstore. More

We visited the Cornstore twice during our recent visit to Pembroke. The first time for a light lunch - I had the quiche and my partner tried the sweet potato soup, both were delicious particularly the pastry on the quiche which was yummy and buttery! We returned again later in the week for tea and cakes and were spoilt for... More
