The best chicken and waffles combo I had. Chicken seasoned well and fried to crispy goodness. Must eat here when you come to Memphis. More

This is one of the very few folks on Beale serving Breakfast. They have great chicken & waffles, along with a "soul cuisine" right down to the turnip green. A+ More

What more could you ask for? This is a great restaurant with a varied menu that will make everyone happy. The food is great, the price is right, service is fantastic and the atmosphere is welcoming and jovial. We'll go back there for sure. More

This place was pretty cool. We got fried pickles and fried green tomatoes to start. The fried green tomatoes were amazing. We then both got chicken and waffles. I could personally only eat half but it was pretty good! I would go back. More

The food was pretty good, but if you are on Beale street and want soul food you could do a lot worse. The mac n' cheese and fried chicken were pretty average, but the catfish hoagie and greens were outstanding. The fried pie is a wicked indulgence, but worth trying with ice cream. More

The food was great. The service was great. Unlike some of the other restaurants, our students were actually treated like their visit was valued. I will make it my personal business to recommend this place to everyone that I know. More

An employee at the hotel recommended this place for breakfast this past Saturday, April 21, 2012. I ordered chicken and waffles and a side of grits. The grits were hard the chicken was more like a pigeon and it was hard and the waffle was too crispy. My boyfriend ordered eggs and sausage. The sausage were shriveled up like an... More

As someone from PA on my first trip to the south, I wanted to make sure I had some good fried chicken and I was not disappointed. The food was outstanding and the service more than pleasant. It got a little busy while we were there but we still got our food quickly. The only thing I would ask for... More
