The sushi chef/owner is our favorite. We try sushi resturants all over the US and always find Jay makes the best tasting of all. We even took a guest from Japan to this resturant and He too thought it paralled that in Japan. The flavor of the rice and the freshness of his sushi alway brings us back for more.... More
