Dave, Maries & the team provide the hospitality and service that has long since disappeared from the modern Pub/Restaurant. You will be greeted thea smile and made to feel really welcome. The food is good & wholesome. I may be a little bias as we go there every week

No fierce pretentions or over hyped claims about food, just a straightforward simple traditional local with more than competent food. Very convivial feel. It's like they want your company and see you relaxing rather then just to squeeze you like a money sponge. Walking distance of most of Ivybridge rather than isolated out on the edge of the A38.
