I've only been to their Sunday buffet, but its great when everyone has different appetites. For me, its about the sushi--only one of two places in Johnson City I will eat it.
I love going to Cafe Pacific for special occasions! The food is wonderful, atmosphere is unique, and service is excellent! I recently celebrated my birthday there with friends and had a wonderful dinner. My favorite meal is the wedge salad, baked brie, and Buckhead beef filet. They have a great wine list with something that's sure to please everyone at... More
We had dinner in Cafe Pacific while considering a job offer in the area. We're from CA and also lived in IL for several years, so were able to dined in some top Chicago, SF & LA restaurants. PC is not quite in that category. But the food is very good and the price is also not top $$$ like... More
We travel and eat out a lot and have become quite the food snobs. This was an unbelievable experience - the service, the food, the atmosphere. First trip to Johnson City. Had the shrimp and grits appetizer - best I've ever had - and we're from South Carolina. Had the salmon entree - unbelievable. Service and food were outstanding. I... More
Outstanding food, although a somewhat limited menu. Specializing in Asian Fusion food, everything is cooked to perfection, and presentation is outstanding. The perfect spot for any occasion when you want to celebrate or impress. Pricey for this region. Average bill with a drink is around $40.
went in july I have been there before the service is great. Waitress for accommodating. The trout that night was great decor around dishes are very creative
Wonderful service, always happy with the food. Quiet and peaceful place to dine. Unique atomsphere.
It is, bar none, the best restaurant in Johnson City and probably one of the best in the state. I think it is unfortunate many people who gave it poor ratings, did so on the basis of price. Gourmet food presented in this way is much more expensive than barbeque or steak or chicken mcnuggets. Don't go to a gourmet... More
Varied menu with a touch of flair. Building is rustic but charming. Nice dinning area outside when weather permits. Small, comfortable bar area.
The exterior is nothing exciting. The interior is ecclectic. The food is fair to good, but to me, the prices seem a bit pricey for the quality of food. They do have an impressive wine/liquor list.
