“The best part of a church social”

The Drake House serves food that is like the best of an old-time church social. Each dish of the buffet is flavorful, perfectly seasoned, Southern, and delicious. The cook, Miss Betty today, knows exactly what she is doing. Go and enjoy. More

I usually avoid buffets. The food is bland and the most of it goes from the can to the cooking pot to the serving table. Not so at the Drake House. I live in Santa Fe NM, but went to college in Kentucky, so I have been exposed to the best and the worst of it and in my opinion, most "southern cooking" is heavy and disappointing.
