Don't let the outside fool you. Inside was a charming setting with a huge menu choice; all of it was delicious.

Local's type of place. Friendly, great food, nice wine selection. The Bombas are amazing. Service is very personalized.
Atmosphere: Cozy; Price: Affordable; Menu: Eclectic Italian/Lebanese; Overall: Excellent. We are Upstate New York 2nd Gen. Italians. One of the fails of our frequent southern vacations is the lack of creditable Italian cuisine. You can’t even find decent pepperoni! We searched and read reviews in the Myrtle Beach area, hoping for some passable Italian as a relief from Calabash (fried...

Our family looks for independently owned restaurants rather than depending on chains for our dining experiences. Adventure out. Break away from the commercialized mold and enjoy!
We very much enjoyed our trip to Pacino's. This smaller (15 tables?) restaurant has eluded our attention when vacationing here until this year. It is a warm and inviting space replete with it's own...

Pacinos is a quaint restaurant with outstanding food. The service was excellent. The menu has something for every one. We came to vacation and it was nice to find a place that served fresh food at a reasonable price for the quality and taste. I would recommend Pacinos to any one, and I am the pickiest person when it comes...

Pacino's is our first Italian-Lebanese restaurant. It's a unique combination, but judging from the full tables it seems to work. All our food was fresh and home-made; the service was attentive and personal; and we didn't have to worry about breaking the bank ordering a bottle of wine. I had the Tabouli Salad as an appetiser. There was a little...

We have been coming to this area for 3 years and never heard of this place. After looking at reviews on Trip Advisor we had to try this place. It is a hidden gem. Food was delicious and the service could not have been any better. They have a great early bird menu that have many entrees priced at 8.95....

Pacino's Mediterranean Grille, just north of Murrell's Inlet, on Hwy 17 B is a great choice for Italian meals. Portions are generous and delicious. I had Eggplant Parmagiana and my husband had the Spaghetti and Meatballs. (Might seem boring, but after a week of enjoying seafood -our favorite- up and down the shore, we were craving some Italian traditional.) Both...

After 3 friends recommended we try Pacino's we decided to give it a try. We arrived around 6 p.m. on a Friday afternoon and the beautiful, small restaurant was already on an hour and a half wait so we went elsewhere. The following week we tried again, going earlier this time.
WOW oh WOW! The early bird menu, only $8.95...
