Execellent fresh Local food. Jack, our server for two evenings was fabulous. He explained where the fish and side dishes came from. We had fresh fish both evenings that had been swimming locally hours before. Every dish was perfectly cooked and delicious. We have eaten at most of the fine resturants in downtown Charleston and this is our new favorite....

Frequently, beachfront restaurants are average to terrible, & overpriced. What a pleasant surprise with dinner at Blu in Folly Beach 21May2012.
Started with a signature Blu martini & entre'ed with the pan seared scallops & risotto...perfect! Service was professional & attentive, & the experience overall was pleasant.
The only slight negative might be the volume & selection of 80's rock...

Really fantastic appearance and ambience to this place inside and out. We stayed at this fantastic hotel and loved our breakfast buffet in the morning too. Delicious food and yummy starbucks coffee on the deck watching the ocean, my kinda morning! Great service as well. My only complaint is that their juice tastes really gross, its chemical junk...Get some good...
