Sgt White's has great traditional southern food in a very spartan setting. It's one of those local dives with really great food that mostly the locals know about. Prices are very reasonable. More

Delicious bbq w/ plenty of juice, if you don't want sauce she will give it to you plain. Butter beans are just like my grandmother cooked. Plenty of fatback, tender as can be. Got taken to lunch with co workers and they just had to go check out Sgt White's. Got to say I wasn't thrilled with the choice but hey they were buying. Service is still fine, but sorry this food is in serious need of attention. Dry and tasteless BBQ that tastes like it is reheated. Just not impressed I think... More
