Coffee & Cream is really the only "breakfast joint" in North Smithfield. The staff is great. Always attentive and courteous. Food is a bit pricey. Best breakfast-only place in New England, hands down. Fantastic , friendly staff and patrons, great hours for the late-nighter, and amazingly low prices on great , customizable food. Just don't drink the tap water, trust me. More
