We took advantage of a groupon. I had fried oysters fro an app which were truly outstading. I followd that uip with their haddock special which was topped with tomatoes and brumbs. Fish was fresh and prepred perfectly. My wife had the soup special for an app, adn the porkd chops. The chops were large, juicy and flavofull. The porions... More

Tyler Point Grille is located in the middle of a boat yard. Every time we've been it has been packed to the gills (pun intended) their seafood selections are expertly prepared and while I'm sure their other selections are equally good we've only ordered seafood in this by the bay restaurant. Its a fun place! More

Went with a groupon for 1appetizer, 2 entrees and 2 desserts. The atmosphere is very clean and comfortable. The building sits within a marina and is a little hard to find. Our service was fantastic, the waitress was very pleasant and efficient. the salad with the blue cheese vinigrette was fresh and delicious. Had a pizza appetizer, would go back... More

This was our second time there. Both times the meals were wonderful! It's a great location if you go to 2nd Story Theatre. We had the Dijon Crusted Boneless Pork Chop, the Pistachio Salmon, and the Shrimp Carbonara. Last time we enjoyed theStuffed Artichoke Hearts, Wild Mushroom Raviloi. The deserts were all to die for. It's a bit pricey but... More

I had heard that Tyler Point was under new management and this was my first visit with the new ownership, the experience was very pleasurable. We started with a Calamari appet. which was very generous for two people. Next I tried the Linguine with lobster in a creamed sherry sauce. This dish was again very plentiful and contained a generous... More

The restaurant and menu at Tyler Point Grille have gone through a facelift, and the new offerings are enjoyable. Portions are large, the quality of the food is quite good, and the staff seems to be happy to work there. The menu offers steaks, seafood, pasta...all the basic favorites. The wine list is OK...nothing fancy. The bar makes a great... More

Used a Groupon for this restaurant which we hadn't visited in the past. The Groupon was $38 for a $78 meal which included one appetizer, two entrees and two deserts. We expected a limited menu for the deal and were quite surprised to be able to pick ANY two entrees of the extensive menu. What a great deal!!! For the... More

We had a Groupon for this restaurant and wanted to use it before it gets too chilly. We went on a Sunday afternoon and are so glad we did. Barrington is a cute little town we probably would never have stumbled upon if not for the Groupon. We started with the crab stuffed artichoke hearts. Awesome. We substituted our salads... More

I had not been to TPG for a few years and went as a result of a Groupon Coupon. We had always enjoyed the restaurant and were very pleasantly surprised that even under new management the restaurant was as good if not better than ever. We look forward to making this a regular stop once again. More
