We had a superb meal at the Georgian Inn during a recent ski weekend at Seven Springs. The risotto I had was perfectly cooked and blended brilliantly with the scallops, the wines were quite good, the desserts were interesting and well made, and the service excellent. Even the salads were imaginative and perfectly dressed. A couple of touches might be... More

Wow... great food.. just amazing. We stayed at the inn and had dinner the first evening there. Not only were we treated to a menu with our name on it we were served with white glove care. I had the herbed chicken breast with brie and lingonberry sauce.. what a delight. My husband had one of the best steaks he... More

Each course was very good. The wine selections were not high quality. Service was prompt and accommodating.

Always strange when looking at restaurant reviews for a location and the #1 is this and the #2 is Eat'n'Park! i was in the area on business and this appealed to me more than option #2, so I stopped in. It was a Wednesday evening and there weren't many diners, but the staff was very attentive and friendly. I ended... More

So glad that you went with option 1. It is nice that you got to experience the mansion in it's quiet and more private atmosphere during a week day. We are happy that you took notice that we were missing flowers. We refuse to put out anything less than standard and at that time they were so we dicided to... More

A beautiful Georgian estate house , perched on a hilltop. So reminiscent of our recent stay in Killarney Ireland. The bar was busy and the restaurant sleepy, but our server was attentive and sweet. Both the bar and the kitchen were out of things- jack Daniels? One of the specials? But our food came beautifully prepared and presented. The 1940s... More

LOVED this inn! The dinner was high-end, exquisite, expensive but we don't regret it. The onion soup and Chicken with lingonberry were out-of this-world.

Being quite pricey, we thought we'd spend a visit after dinner elsewhere and just order dessert. It was awesome!! A semi sweet dark chocolate mouse over a chocolate cookie crumb base with decaf coffee as a side. This mansion and its surroundings are a sight to behold.

We celebrated our wedding anniversary with a meal at The Georgian Inn of Somerset. Quiet elegance and attention to every detail were the hallmarks in this lovely restored mansion that sits atop a hill overlooking Somerset.
