Description: Enter Paris 66 and you will immediately feel transported to a French Bistro down to the last detail. This upscale, award-winning haven is not only a "family affair" – exclusively owned & operated with love by doting duo Frederic and Lori Rongier – but it is also that rare combination of worlds - intimate and inviting, yet appropriate for both special occasions & casual get-togethers. We bring a menu of everyday French culinary classics by offering up the perfect marriage of local/organic sensibilities with French influences & techniques. A superb wine list invites and ensures you to find the most perfect wine to pair with the delicious flavors created in the open kitchen. Sip our signature cocktail from the sidewalk terrace in the warmer months or enjoy our perennially popular heated patio in the rear. And of course, no visit is complete without a taste of one of the artistically masterful and masterfully artistic delectable creations of Master Pastry Chef David Piquard. Bon Appétit!

My husband and I had drinks and desserts here one rainy afternoon. The restaurant porch is cozy. This restaurant would be a great date place. We had some wine and tried a crepe with banana s and a chocolate sauce, as well as a few macaroons. The crepe was delightful. I am not a huge macaroon person but they were... More

Our first visit here in fall 2013 was a delight. We sat on the heated patio, though it wasn't too cold yet, and enjoyed a delicious, well-served meal in a pleasant atmosphere. The second visit was a completely different experience. First there was the noticeable aroma of garlic--pleasant at first, but it became stronger and seemed nearly a burned smell... More

We've eaten here as a family a number of times (with a youngish child - age 7 and 8 but very well-behaved). We tend to go early due to the tiny family member so the restaurant is typically not busy or over-whelming when we visit. The adults (as in my husband and I) love the ambience. All of our visits... Went here for the first time last evening and absolutely loved it. It is like being in Paris while in Pittsburgh. I will agree with others that the service is a bit slow, but I think it adds to the overall experience. All in all, we were there for two hours, but started with drinks then had an appetizer, dinner,... More

My husband was very excited to take me to this restaurant for Valentine's Day dinner based on all of the great reviews. Unfortunately we did not have the same experience everyone else seems to be raving about. Our waitress was sweet but seemed rattled; did not pay us much attention. We were "informed" of the specials from the waitress waiting... More

My wife and I stopped in, unexpected. Luckily, before the Friday evening rush. What a pleasant surprise. Good menu variety, and not unreasonably priced. We sampled salads, the Paris 66 crepe and steak frites. All delicious. Great service by Cassie. We'll be back!

Loved it. Enjoyed our dinner very much, though it took longer then expected. We will be back. Wide variety of food on offer. From formal meals with multiple courses to simple crêpes. Last time, several years ago, we thought the menu was very limited, largely crêpes in many varieties. The crêpes are still there, but you can order substantial meals,... More

Paris 66 boasts a very french menu, helpful waitstaff and amazing food. The preparation and presentations were fantastic. Everything that we had was amazing. I had the beef Carpaccio and steak frites, which was prepared perfectly. My companion had Tarte du saumon and Canard confit as a main course. The wine list has many choices by the glass as well... The restaurant is cool and the service was good, but our meals were just okay. Maybe we hit them on a bad night, but the 3 of us that ate there, were not impressed

Our party of 4 had decidedly mixed opinions of this little bistro located in the East Liberty section of Pittsburgh. Tables were crowded together where we were seated and we really had to huddle into our little section to avoid being bumped by other diners and the servers. We ordered a bottle of the less expensive white burgundy. The server... More
