This is a nice quiet, relaxing, historic, and haunted (if you like that sort of thing ) place to go. The food is good, I have had the Shepard's Pie a few times and loooove it. The interior with the copper ceilings and old style lighting just takes me back in time. I highly recommend this as your eating and... More

Visiting Jim Thorpe and looking for a place close to most of the parking and train station? We chose this pub using Trip Advisor and location. Not pretentious and basic good food. Slightly off the main square so traffic not too loud but we didn't have to trek up hill either. We split a Caesar salad and Ruben and they... More

In town for the weekend, stopped by because it was convenient. Chris behind the bar offered some good beer selections. We sat at the bar and ordered food. The shepards pie was scrumptious, serving size was appropriate. I got a burger which was cooked just right, served juicy, and on a gluten free bun for a bonus. Atmosphere was great... More

If you're looking for pub style food at a reasonable price, Molly Macguires is the place. The menu is chalk full of variety - we especially liked the rueben and the perogis, which are to die for! They also have a wonderful beer list and the wait staff was great. I recommend sitting in the pub area or on the... More

We had lunch here both days of last weekend. The weather was great and the deck is so nice and open! Service was great at the bar and we ordered our food there. We had peel and eat shrimp both days and it was very good. Burgers are their specialty. Wings were pretty good too. Drink prices were very reasonable... More

Jim Thorpe is a frequent stopping and meeting point for me. I have eaten at Molly's many times and have never been disappointed. Their wings are sometimes hit-or-miss, but they are usually pretty decent. Any other menu item any of us have had has been very good. Portions are generous. Service is pleasant. The make very good soups and I... More

Food was great. Got the shrimp and nachos and my husband had a few beers. Service was quick and they made sure we were never without a beverage. There is outside seating and the place is very old and historical. Definetely would go again.

We are never disappointed at Molly's and the staff is excellent! Chad was our latest waiter and he was terrific; so patient and his recommendations for food and drink were right on! We love Jim Thorpe - the town is terrific, but no matter where we visit we always find ourselves returning to Molly's for dinner or just a snack,... More

We liked the historical feel of this old hotel and restaurant. Food was good. Service was a little slow at first - it was a very busy Saturday afternoon and we were seated in the main dining room. Our server was wonderful though - very friendly sharing ghost stories and JT history with our family.
