Don't miss this eclectic, music-inspired coffee shop that has the coolest vibe with an incredible full length wall mural of musical legends. The coffee is perfectly brewed and prepared to your liking. Strange Brew also offers lattes, espresso, and blended juice drinks. I also tried his home made chai tea and it was exceptional!

Look out for white dudes with dreads and an assortment of colorful, friendly local slackers of all ages. Don't go there to eat...it is a place to have a cup o Jo and watch the world go by. A cozy, eclectic local hangout you can't miss...conveniently around the corner from a "tobacco" shop!

I had a cappuccino and asked for cream rather than milk and they changed it with no complaints. My wife had a coffee with candy. She picked Almond Joy and it result and excellent choice. Coffee tasted fresh. We generally don't like coffee in the US, but this was good. They have lot of interesting things on the walls: pins,... More

The cappuccino was good. The tea was nice and hot. The walls were interesting to look at, since music artists are painted onto them.

We just wanted coffee...and that's what we got, freshly brewed, not coffee that's been sitting in a carafe for who knows how long. My husband and I split a large muffin too which was also good. Comfortable seating. They had two couches and a few tables, I believe but the coffee shop was not crammed filled with candy or racks... More

My GF and I stopped here for a coffee around 9:30 in the morning. You'd think a coffee shop would be open then, but no. We walked around a bit and saw that 15 or 20 minutes later they were open. We stopped in for a cappuccino, chai, and biscotti. The drinks were fine, although mine might have been a... More

Stopped here to grab a cup of coffee for the ride home after a day at the Lake and JT. Heath Bar coffee was very good. I would come back here again for a cup of Joe for the road. The other customers were very friendly.

Typical coffee house. The coffee was fine. The server was disinterested. The place had a comfortable atmosphere. Not bad, just nothing special.

If you grew up in the 'psychedelic' era, the posters & other decor will bring back memories. If you didn't, you need to stop in and take a look while relaxing on the comfy sofas with a hot or iced coffee, tea or whatever you want. The choices are endless. We didn't try any of the food snacks, but they... More

Great coffee, amazing decor. There is a nice little seating area with big comfy couches. Feel free to drop in and relax after walking through downtown Jim Thorpe.
