Thompsons General Store is the real deal - has almost everything you want. Joys has a better range of groceries but Thomos has hardware and other useful stuff, as well as take away food - burgers etc. Well worth a visit. More

Thompsons is open pretty much all the time and is centrally located. The princes are pretty high, however and if that bothers you, hop on your bike and pedal to Joy's Shop or the Top Shop which offer more fresh produce at reasonable prices. More
