If you are loking for a good meal in North Cornwall, you should try The Riverside in Boscastle. We have just had our second meal in three days at this charming restaurant. Both meals (seabass and seabrim, the first night and smoked haddok on creamy spinage) were very good. And the staffs are very friendly.

Grumpy staff and quite expensive; it is always sad when you are met by grumpy staff and this did not endear us which was a shame

We ate here for dinner when staying, well what can I say the food is Brilliant, obviously all home cooked and prepared to order. I had the most amazing Crab salad ever, and the meringue with cornish cream and fresh berries was out of this world!!

Starters - excellent. Puddings - excellent main courses - not bad, but didn't live up to the starter and pudding. Efficient service. Not bad priced
