Not very crowded but waited 14 minutes to be recognized. Wait staff delivered drink, palm down atop..fingers gripping lip of glass. Should have sent it back. He offered water, we accepted offer, it never came. Trout was lost in a sea of wet orzo surrounded by tasteless frizzled spinach. Salad portion so huge eating from the plate caused ingredients to... Eight of us went here on a Saturday night. Our reservations were for 6:30 and we had asked for booth seating. We were told that because we were 2 minutes late we could not get a booth so we settled for a table. Our waitress came around after about 10 minutes and took our drink orders. I ordered sparkiing water... More

This restaurant was a disappointment for my wife and I. We came here one night after visiting my dad at the med center. From the outside, it looks like it would be an awsome place to go. Once inside, we had to wait quite a while. Understandably it was the weekend and we did not make reservations but still the... More

When in Hershey, we usually stop by and have appetizers, had a meal once, and never disappointed in the food or service. More

We went out for dinner, had reservations at 7pm. I'm glad I made them, there were several people waiting for tables. We were seated at a booth at the bar which was very nice. They also do just have a dinning section. The service from the bar and the kitchen was rather slow however it was the weekend right after... More

We like Fire Alley. In Harrisburg you are in a restored historic firehouse, in Hershey a strip mall. Food is good. I always get the trout baked in a 2 inch thick shell of sea salt. Forgot the name of the dish. It is so good! More

It took me awhile to go back to Fire Alley after I was there on a Friday afternoon, sitting at the bar, when the owner thought it was a good idea to berate one of his servers loud enough for the whole place to overhear. I gave it another chance and, well, it wasn't a disappointment. I decided to skip... More
