Nothing remarkable about this restaurant. The staff was very pleasant. The food was OK. No inspired preparations or other foodie values. Poor wine list. No view. Not romantic in the least. Felt like a return to the 80s inside.
We stopped here for dinner on our first night in town and although it has a nice atmosphere and good service, the food was just okay for the price. The salads were bland and the halibut and chips were fine, just nothing to write home about.
I love the chowder there! We got fish and chips that were delightful and some chicken alfredo which was the best we've ever had. We will be back.
Love Doogers for an all around good family meal and atmosphere. The clam chowder is my favorite and I usually get it several times while visiting!
We had the fresh, locally caught halibut and homemade clam chowder...It was AMAZING! I would recommend this restaurant to everyone!

I come to this restaurant a couple times a year just for their chowder to take out for us to sit on the beach and eat in to go containers or eat in. I was sad that Cannon beach's Dooger's closed down but glad the Seaside and Warrenton one is still there.

My husband and I spent a day at Seaside and ate lunch at Dooger's Seafood & Grill. I had a grilled salmon sandwich and my husband had a grilled tuna sandwich. They were delicious! The mango salsa for my husband's sandwich was sooo delicious! We also ordered fried calamari as an appetizer & it was great!

I was a commercial fisherman and the seafood here is poor at best. If I am forced by friends, I get a steak not seafood . The sevice was very good.
