I've been to Wild Pear several times over the years, but don't remember seeing so many rules before. Here are a few to watch out for: 1. When you enter, you encounter a sign informing you that between 11:30 and 1:30, you won't be seated until every member of your party arrives. I got there at 11:25 and they gave... More

In general, this place has always done an impressive display at the events I been to. The only struggle seems to be the chicken. However, in their defense, chicken is hard to do in such bulk for large weddings and events. While trying to keep it from getting dry. Over all, I love all of their food and their staff... More

There are not many places that I’ve come back to, over and over again, MORE than Wild Pear. It’s truly an awesome place with clean, delicious, well seasoned food. I love bistro-style food. I love sandwiches, soups, etc. However, I don’t like settling for the bland, processed taste of Subway sandwiches and soup from a can that many other places... More

The food is fresh and the atmosphere is eclectic. You will be hard pressed to choose just one menu item. Make sure you order to dessert or you will be missing a great treat!

After trying to have lunch here three different times, and finding waiting times to be around 45 minutes, with no reservations accepted, we arrived at the exact moment of opening and were seated promptly. The food is excellent, but way over priced. Service was fine, and menu selection was broad including many vegetarian items. We will probably not return, as... More

I chose this location because of reviews and was not disappointed. We made it in the door with five minutes to spare but did not feel hurried as we dined. Choices were enough for us all to find something we liked. Sweet potato fries very good, though mine were all lifted from family member's plate. Prices reasonable and nice downtown... More

Just adding my voice to the chorus of hosannas - this is simple fare executed very, very well. Good ingredient quality, great variety of choices.

We eat here frequently and have never gotten a bad meal or bad service. Highly recommend, especially their soups!

My stepdaughter-in-law and I met at the Wild Pear, she came from Portland, I came from Springfield, OR. So here's what I look for in a restaurant. Oh, by the way, Sarah, SDIL, is a foodie. I am a food snob. Tough crowd. So: 1. Great Food. 2. Great Service. 3. Can hear each other talk. Wild Pear did superbly... More

We recently attended a gathering where Wild Pear catered. The meatballs, cheeses, vegetables, chicken skewers, desserts, beverages and service were excellent! We are still enjoying the leftovers we kept in our fridge.
