If you're in Roseburg and want Chinese food you should try Kowloon Restaurant. It's not the best ever but not bad at all. We keep it pretty simple when we eat. Mar Far and fried rice. Their crab puffs are awesome. I would suggest you try those for sure!

A place we go to a lot, my husbans loves this place. Good food with great waitresses. For me find the shrimp a little greasy but take off the batter & they are fine.

Fast, Yummy, Cheap... but don't even think about using the restrooms, or think on where the employees wash their hands.. but with the exception of Safeway (even better food & CLEAN) this is the only Chinese in Roseburg that is not a health risk... maybe

Kowloon has always been my favorite Chineese Restaurant in Roseburg. Love the food, nice facility and great place for a party. My retirement luncheon was here in 2007, it was great.

The food used to be great but EVERYTHING changed. They used to have the best egg rolls in Oregon but now they are smaller, over fried and have skimped on the meat.
