“Not bad, not exceptional”

We had an experience that was neither outstanding but not bad. Normal wine bar, good servers and the food worked fine. I expected better based on price but no major complaints. More

This restaurant is located in the ground floor lobby of two of Portland's theatres. We had arrived early to see a Christmas performance at the theatre across the street, so we stopped in here to wait and to get out of the rain.
